We are currently experiencing an outage affecting LTE new activations. Customers attempting to activate new LTE lines or devices may encounter failures or delays during the activation process. Our technical teams have identified the issue and are actively working to resolve it. Existing LTE services remain unaffected. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience as we work to restore full functionality. Further updates will be provided as more information becomes available.
